Just do not feed the pigeons!
It can get crowded there since it is in the top 5 restaurants people go to when they come to SA. They must have hit a bad night. Generally its good and the service is ok. We locals rarely go there
No, you have to park downtown and go downstairs to the Riverwalk. It's a very short walk depending on where you park

If you have a hotel downtown, it's cheaper to Uber/Lyft. The cheapest I saw parking was $10 and you had to walk a block to the riverwalk opening
